Can PatioSource order collections not shown on the website or showroom floor?
Yes, not all collections available are shown on our web site or in the showrooms. We show the collections that we stock. If you have a collection or item in mind don’t hesitate to ask one of our knowledgeable sales consultants for further information.
Do I have to buy a complete set the way it is set up on the showroom floor?
As a true specialty patio furniture store we offer complete collections but all items may be purchased separately. This affords you maximum flexibility to have it your way.
What do I do if I have a Manufacturers Warranty issue?
Just call any one of our showrooms and ask for a PatioSource sales consultant. We only choose the brands that have a manufacturer’s warranty. Each collection has a warranty on the frame, finish and fabric. Our sales consultants are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Does PatioSource offer delivery?
We offer white glove delivery service. Our experienced delivery personnel strip all packing materials, inspects your furniture and then it is blanket wrapped for delivery. They will set up the furniture in your outdoor setting with great care. We use our own vehicles and with our warehouse facility in San Diego we are able to respond quickly.
How do I clean my furniture?
Each type of furniture has cleaning recommendations however the following are general guidelines.
Aluminum and Cast Aluminum:
We recommend Feronclean from Patiosource to clean your aluminum or cast aluminum furniture.
Woven:
We recommend a soft bristle brushing with soapy water and hosing thoroughly.
Teak:
PatioSource offers teak cleaner and sealer by Domus. We do not recommend
oiling your teak as it attracts mildew and mold.
Acrylic Outdoor Fabric Care:
We stock cushions and pillows at PatioSource in 100% solution dyed acrylic outdoor fabric that are mold, mildew, soil and stain resistant. Brush off loose dirt first, then clean with a solution of 2 ounces mild soap per gallon of warm water. It is best to clean the entire cushion rather than spot clean. Use a sponge or a soft bristle brush to clean. Allow soapy water to soak into fabric. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and air dry the cushions. Do not dry clean. We do not recommend other fabrics for outside unless you have a covered space. Additional detail can be found in the Sunbrella Stain Chart.
